KARACHI: According to a poll, about 70 percent Americans are against war in Afghanistan; they do not precisely understand the purpose behind this war. These views were expressed by an American Human Rights Activist, Joe Lombardo. He was speaking at a seminar entitled ‘Dr Aafia Siddiqui’ at the Department of International Relations, University of Karachi (KU). In a statement issued here on Wednesday, He said that US was militarily present in most parts of the world; the largest empire ever established in the world.
